Operation description

1.Turn on description

Plug in the external power supply (220V) and turn on the power switch (turn the switch to the right to pop up). At this time, the equipment is in standby mode (the panel displays the rotation speed as 00000). Press the "Run" key (on the operation panel) to start the spindle and rotate the potentiometer on the panel to adjust to the required rotation speed. The current voltage, frequency and current can be displayed through the panel switch key (left shift). The maximum speed of this machine has been set to 12,000 rpm, and the spindle deceleration time is 10 seconds.

2.Shut down description

After using the equipment, press the "Stop (Reset)" button on the panel operation key. The spindle begins to slow down, and the power switch can be pressed to cut off the power supply after the spindle has completely stopped.

3.Polishing

Apply an appropriate amount of abrasive paste on the mold surface, hold the punch close to the polishing wheel.

Depending on the degree of corrosion on the surface of the mold cavity, use a copper brush or a normal brush.

Tips

1. Do not touch the spindle with your hands when it is rotating at high speed to avoid hurting.

2. Do not press the power button directly when shutting down. Wait until the spindle has completely stopped before pressing it.(It can only be used directly in emergency situations).

3. Do not use it continuously for more than 10 hours.

4. The spindle speed is recommended to be 6000~8000 rpm. This speed is more suitable for polishing effect.

5. This machine is maintenance-free and does not require any lubricating oil. Just wipe the outer surface after use.
