Magnesium Stearate Machine

This device works with Tablet Press Machine. When machine working, magnesium stearate will be misting treatments by compressed air and then sprayed uniformly at the surface of upper,lower punch and surface of middle dies. This is to reduce the friction between material and punch when pressing.
Through Ti-Tech test, adopt MSAD device can effectively reduce the ejection force. The final tablet will just include 0.001%~0.002% magnesium stearate powder, this technology has been widely used in effervescent tablets, candy and some nutrition products.
