Main Features

1. The main pressure, Pre-pressure system, filling and feeding system adopt alternative design which is with simple structure.

3. Electrical cabinet are separated from main machine which avoid powder pollution.

4. Filling system controlled by servo motor which give fast response, more precise and feeding uniform.

5. Main pressure and pre-pressure can be continuously adjusted.

6. With main pressure overload protection function.

7. Four-column are durable materials made from steel, with simple structure, stable support and large operating space.

8. The position of the lower pressure roller is controlled by motor, the adjustment speed is fast.

9. 10-inch touch operation screen, the screen displays the operation function.

10. The main pressure and pre-pressure mechanisms are controlled by synchronous motors, and their positions are measured and calculated by encoders. The data is accurate and human errors are reduced.

11. The main motor and the feeding motor adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, the speed is continuously adjustable and has upper and lower limit control functions.

12. The amount of lubricating oil (thin oil) in automatic lubricating system can be automatically controlled by adjusting the time interval. It has the functions of displaying and alarming insufficient lubricating oil, lubricating pressure failure alarm and automatic shutdown protection. The dry oil automatic lubricating system adopts a centralized control method.
