1. Structural Features

This tablet press is mainly composed of a frame, a powder feeding system, a compression system, and a control system. 2. Working Principle

During operation, the lower punch descends to a certain position in the die hole. The first powder is fed into the die hole to form the first layer. Then the lower punch rises slightly, and the second powder is fed to create the second layer. Finally, the third powder is added to form the third layer. After that, the upper and lower punches move towards each other under the action of the compression system to compress the powders into a complete three-layer tablet.
